呼延婷女士是擁有18年外商投資企業跨國公司人力資源管理經驗的資深人力資源管理專業人員， 先后在多家大型跨國公司擔任人力資源高級管理職位。她在南京愛立信熊貓通信有限公司成功任職人力資源副總裁，后在瑞士迅達電梯（中國）公司任人力資源副總裁，和在戴爾國際服務公司北亞區任人力資源總監，現任上海商城（Shanghai Centre）資深人力資源總監。呼延婷女士在人力資源戰略規劃和實務管理方面具有深厚的理論功底和豐富的實操經驗。呼延婷女士在2002年成為新加坡人力資源管理學院授證人力資源管理培訓師。她不僅為自己所任職的企業培訓和培養人力資源管理的理念和實踐、贏得所認知企業內員工和管理層的信任和認可，還利用業余時間應內外資企業的邀請幫助培訓企業的人力資源專業人員、為企業提供幫助搭建人力資源管理體系和管理流程、并提供在企業文化建設、人才管理體系、績效管理體系、薪酬管理體系等方面的咨詢和顧問。呼延婷女士自2005年起擔任中國《培訓》雜志顧問組成員。她是SHRM（美國人力資源管理協會）的會員。呼延婷女士1988年獲得北京外國語大學的學士學位，2001年獲得中歐國際工商管理學院EMBA碩士學位。

Grace Huyan is a senior professional with 18 years experiences in the HRM area working with several foreign invested MNCs, in which she was leading the HR functions. Grace held the position of HR VP at Nanjing Ericsson Panda Communications Co. Ltd, then worked as Schindler Elevator (China) HR VP, later Dell DIS Hr Director, and currently Held the position of Sr. HR Director with Shanghai Centre. With many years’ actively working in HRM area, Grace has gained rich theoretical-practical experiences and practical operational capabilities in the HRM. In 2002 Grace became an accredited HRM trainer by the Singapore Human Resources Management Institute. She has been committed to the training and developing the internal managers and young HR professionals for the enterprises she has been served, by which she has earned the trust and recognition of both the management and employees. She also spent her spare time helping external enterprises upon request to train their HR professionals, set up HRM systems and processes for them, providing HRM advices and consulting in such areas as corporate culture, talent management, performance management and compensation management, etc. Grace has been in the consultant group of the China magazine since 2005. She is a member of SHRM. Grace got her bachelor degree in 1988 of BFSU, and her EMBA master degree of CEIBS in 2001.
