“新華·道瓊斯國際金融中心發展指數報告(2014)”(簡稱:IFCD Index)發布的報告顯示,2014年排名前10位的國際金融中心分別為:紐約、倫敦、東京、新加坡、香港和上海(并列)、巴黎、法蘭克福、北京、芝加哥。相較于往年排名,東京、新加坡趕超香港,上海依舊保持較強的發展潛力,北京成長發展速度加快并首次進入前十隊列。
從各金融中心城市成長發展要素排名來看,亞太地區金融中心城市的表現不俗。上海連續五年排名第一,依舊是亞太地區最具成長性的金融中心城市;東京、新加坡成長迅速,位列第二、三;北京、深圳的成長性排名也較為靠前。
盡管歐美金融中心依然是全球金融中心最為穩固的集團,但亞太地區金融中心正成為改變世界金融格局的一支勁旅。亞太地區經濟結構復雜,經濟互補性強,增長潛能突出,擁有廣闊市場,這些基礎性要素支撐該地區金融中心得以快速發展。特別是隨著以中國為龍頭的改革與產業升級,對該地區發展帶來巨大促進作用。
在與老牌金融中心的競爭中,亞洲金融中心的崛起尚需積累,亞太金融中心城市還需要在司法系統、金融人才隊伍、監管體系、貨幣國際化等方面進一步自我提升。在這一系列要素中,作為視“人才”為第一資源的金融行業,“金融人才隊伍”建設成為重中之重。隨著當下移動互聯網對傳統金融行業的滲透,上海等地自由貿易區的開放,滬港通的開啟……中國大陸金融中心城市在政策改革的洪流中正擁抱著新的機遇,對周邊的金融資源形成了極大地吸引力,也同時成為整合亞太金融資源的良好契機。其中的人才問題體現在“國際化”“跨界”“創新型”人才倍受關注,然而,金融企業如何從外部吸引優秀人才?如何從內部培養?如何打造有效的人才激勵機制?如何建立更具包容性的企業文化?等等問題成為亞太金融業關注的焦點。
2015年4月,由國家外專局、深圳市政府、亞太人才管理協會主辦,第一資源承辦的“亞太金融人才峰會”將邀請亞太區金融界企業人力資源高管共赴深圳,圍繞“金融人才”的機遇與挑戰展開研討和VIP對話,歡迎關注金融業人才話題的人士共襄盛舉。
The report of IFCD Index indicates: In the year of 2014,the top ten international financial center is NewYork、London、Tokyo、Singapore、Hangkong and Shanghai(Tied for five)、Paris、Frankfurt、Beijing、Chicago. Compared with the past rank, Tokyo and Singapore have surpassed HangKong, meanwhile,Shanghai keep stronger potential development and as developing speed up, Beijing has ranked among top ten for the first time.
From the developing factors of the financial center, Asia-Pacific financial centers have done well. Still as the most growthable financial center, Shanghai keep the first for five years. Tokyo and Singapore grow quickly, which rank second and third.Also, Beijing and Shen Zhen rank top of the growthable cities.
Although the financial centers in Europe and USA are also the most stable group, the Asia-Pacific financial centers are becomming more powerful force to change world pattern. It is the complex economic structure、high complementation、wide market in Asia-Pacific that support the financial centers in this region developing quickly,? especially when reform and industrial upgrading play significant role in promoting regional development, led by China.
Competed with old financial center, the rise of Asia-Pacific financial centers still need accumulation. For example,Asia-Pacific financial cities need to promote in justice、financial talents、supervision、 currency internationalization.In these factors,because of the financial industry regarding talents as the first resources, financial talent construction become the most important things.With internet infiltratting into traditional financial industry、free trade zone openning in Shanghai、the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect beginning,the financial centers in Mainland China are facing new opptunities,which will absorb financial rescources in surrounding areas and integrate them in Asia-Pacific area.Among this, international、crossover、innovative talents attract more attentions, however,the focus which Asia-Pacific financial firms concern is how to appeal to and train talents, how to build incentive mechanism of talents、how to build more inclusive corporate culture etc.
